MINDR - Multimodal Imaging & Data Repository

Overview

MINDR provides infrastructure for managing neuroscience research data according to FAIR principles. The repository supports human participant studies and preclinical animal research across multiple imaging modalities including EEG, MRI, PET, and CT.

Technical Approach

Metadata Standards Metadata models are developed in collaboration with domain experts and based on BIDS and OpenMINDS standards, ensuring compatibility with existing tools and research infrastructures.

Platform

 The repository is built on InvenioRDM, developed in collaboration with CESNET and the National Repository Platform. The platform provides: - Long-term data archiving - Sensitive data protection - Integration with Trusted Research Environments (TRE) - Connection to EBRAINS infrastructure

Project Status

MINDR is developed under the EOSC-CZ initiative as part of the Open Science II project, building on the Czech-BioImaging research infrastructure. Implementation is currently in progress.
